This notice explains how Fellbeck Home Care Ltd ("we") uses personal information that people send us before we launch. We are the data controller for that information.
This website does not use forms, cookies or analytics. We only receive information you choose to send us by email: usually your name, contact details, the village you live in and a short description of your enquiry. If you're interested in working with us, that may include details of your experience.
We're not providing care yet, so please don't email us medical or detailed care information. A general description of the kind of help you might need is enough at this stage.
We use your information to reply to you and, if you ask us to, to let you know when we open or start recruiting. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or your consent where you ask to be kept updated.
We don't sell or share your information. It is held on our email provider's systems, which act on our instructions.
We keep pre-launch enquiries for no longer than 12 months, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever is sooner.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing [email protected]. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
